Crosslink is a hybrid Proof-of-Work/Proof-of-Stake consensus protocol for Zcash, currently being developed by Shielded Labs. It is based on the Trailing Finality Layer (TFL) design by Nate Wilcox and Daira-Emma Hopwood.
